Terms of Use
OVERVIEW
Project Donor connects people with resources and social support so that they can become eligible for organ donation through lifestyle changes. When you join our support program, you get free access to select weight-loss services and FDA-approved smoking cessation products. It is ultimately your decision to use these free resources, and we DO NOT assume liability for your use of these resources. When you join our support program, a Project Donor team member will check-in with youvia text, call, or email every few weeks in order to provide encouragement, ask about yourprogress toward your goals, and troubleshoot access to any resources. Project Donor team members DO NOT provide medical advice, and you should not interpret communications as medical advice.
Your decision to donate an organ is your own, and we DO NOT assume liability for the risks associated with donation. Speak with your transplant team about the risks involved. We will do our best to support you on your path to donation, but we DO NOT guarantee that you will become donation-eligible through our program. By continuing to participate with Project Donor, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Program Policies. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If material changes are made, we will notify you directly via email or phone number and will update the last revised date at the top of these Terms. Your continued participation with Project Donor after we send a notice about changes to these Terms means that you consent to the updated Terms.
